Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity, including:

• Malware, botnets, phishing, credential theft, fraud, or command-and-control infrastructure
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, extortion, or distribution of non-consensual intimate content
• Content or activity that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law

You may not use the Services to harm, disrupt, or probe networks without authorization, including:

• DDoS attacks, reflection attacks, packet floods, or stress testing against third parties
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attempts, credential stuffing, or exploit attempts without authorization
• Open proxies, open relays, spam gateways, or services primarily used to evade abuse controls

Unsolicited bulk email, spam, snowshoe mailing, phishing mail, and operation of compromised mailing infrastructure are prohibited.

You may not degrade the Services, shared infrastructure, or upstream networks through excessive abuse complaints, avoidable misconfiguration, cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by plan terms, or attempts to bypass technical limits.

We may investigate complaints, request remediation, rate-limit traffic, null-route IP addresses, suspend affected Services, or terminate accounts where necessary.

Severe abuse, legal risk, or upstream-provider action may require immediate suspension without prior notice.

To report abuse involving KiriVM resources, contact us with timestamps, IP addresses, logs, headers, and any other relevant evidence.
